SEATTLE — Porch.com, which connects homeowners to home improvement professionals, has raised $65 million in a second funding round it hopes to put toward further growth. Part of the money will go to the launch of “Porch Booking,” a service that will allow users to hire professionals at pre-approved rates. Porch reached a deal with Lowe’s in April, serving as a resource for referrals from the retailer.
