Retail satisfaction down in U.S.

Consumer satisfaction with U.S. retailers declined for the first time in four years, according to the latest American Consumer Satisfaction Index. Satisfaction was down or flat in all brick-and-mortar categories, with gains only in e-retail. At the top of the list was Amazon, with a score of 86, while Walmart fell to the bottom of the category at 68.
