TORONTO — Canadian retailers need to catch up with their American counterparts’ e-retail options, Canadian Tire’s president said at the annual conference of the Retail Council of Canada. But the bricks-and-mortar store isn’t dead yet. Medline noted that Canadian Tire Corp. is piloting greater integration of online offerings at two physical plant stores in Toronto and Edmonton.
