MEDINA, Ohio — RPM International announced that its Rust-Oleum Group has acquired Krud Kutter Inc., a producer of cleaners and removers for residential, commercial, and industrial environments. Based in Cumming, Ga., Krud Kutter has approximately $13 million in annual sales. Terms of the transaction, which is expected to be accretive to earnings within one year, were not disclosed. Krud Kutter’s water-based, bio-degradable, and non-toxic cleaners are sold by a variety of merchants across the U.S., including home centres and hardware stores.
