Seasonal products take centre stage at RONA, Ace Canada buying show

MONTREAL ― Some 300 dealers have been gathered at Montreal’s Palais des congrès since Wednesday to share best practices, honour outstanding dealers and of course take of advantage of the hottest deals. With 330 suppliers in attendance, this year’s show featured an expanded seasonal section, including a new grilling station where participants got to taste mouth-watering barbecue treats and non-alcoholic beer. The Well Made Here team was on site to boost awareness of Canadian-made products.

“On the cusp of 2020, we want to offer our dealers the best affiliation program as well as all the tools they need to overcome the challenges they face in the retail sector, which is currently evolving, and continue to grow their businesses throughout the country,” explained Tony Cioffi, interim president of Lowe’s Canada. “This annual meeting allows us to talk to our dealers from across the country and conduct a pulse check of our network, while offering solutions and strategies to support their growth and be true partners in their success.”
