MIDDLETON, Wis. — Spectrum Brands Holdings announced that its Hardware and Home Improvement Group has completed the acquisition of Tell Manufacturing, a privately owned manufacturer and distributor of commercial doors, locks, and hardware. Financial terms of the accretive, all-cash transaction were not disclosed. A definitive agreement to purchase Tell was announced on September 18.
