NEW BRITAIN, Conn. — Stanley Black and Decker will open a 1.2 million-square-foot distribution facility this month in Northlake, Tex. The warehouse will bring some 300 jobs to Denton County, according to Tony Creme, senior VP of real estate development firm Hillwood. Creme said the area’s access to highways and the Fort Worth Alliance Airport, the availability of labour and the area’s low combined tax rate contributed to the appeal of the site.
