Taiga Building Products of Burnaby, B.C., has announced a donation of $20,000 to the Red Cross. The funds will be used to support relief efforts after the recent wildfires in Alberta.
“Taiga stands in solidarity with our customers, suppliers, and families directly affected by these devastating forest fires,” said COO Michael Sivucha. “Taiga encourages other businesses and individuals to join the relief efforts by donating to the Canadian Red Cross or other reputable organizations working towards the recovery efforts of Alberta communities,” the company said in a release.
