MINNEAPOLIS — Target has hired PepsiCo exec Brian Cornell as chairman and CEO. Cornell was most recently CEO of PepsiCo Americas Foods and prior to that, he’d served as president and CEO of Sam’s Club. This is the first time Target has hired an outsider for this role.
