MISSISSAUGA, Ont. — Target isn’t shrinking back from its Canadian operations, opening three more stores over the weekend. Two are in Ontario, in Mississauga and Barrie, while the third is located in Candiac, Que.; the Barrie and Candiac stores are new buildings. Three additional openings are slated for the fall.
