Sales of existing U.S. homes fell in April to their lowest rate since the pandemic outbreak, according to data from the (U.S.) National Association of Realtors. Sales fell by 2.4 percent from March to an annualized pace of 5.61 million units. Compared to last April, they were down 5.9 percent.
