OTTAWA — Zellers has returned to its Bells Corners location in Ottawa, after vacating it along with the bulk of its stores in 2011 with the arrival of Target, which bought up most of the leases. Two stores remain, in British Columbia and Toronto, and now the Ottawa location re-joins their ranks, with a focus on discount fashion and home products, fed from the chain’s Bay stores.
