LAVAL, Que. — Uniboard, a manufacturer of design and decorative composite wood panel, has announced its first live virtual launch to introduce its new Press #7 for high-pressure laminate. Taking place on September 23, the virtual event will also include a behind-the-scenes tour of Uniboard’s Sayabec mill. Attendees will view an interactive sneak peek of the company’s 2021/2022 additions to its design collection: “Redefined, inspired by movement in nature.”
The 20-minute virtual event will be broadcast through livestream app Yoop, moderated by radio and TV host Isabelle Racicot. “As many of our industry’s physical events have been postponed and current conditions have prevented an in-person mill tour, we decided to bring Uniboard to the industry and present a VIP virtual tour of our Sayabec facility and our new Press #7,” President James Hogg explained in a release.
